Ashley Darby is an American performer and TV personality. She rose to fame after becoming Miss District of Columbia, in 2011. After the premiere in The Real Housewives of Potomac in January of 2016, she has played an important role on the show. Ashley Darby has a strong passion for entrepreneurship, hospitality, and healthy lifestyles. Ashley is an Maryland native who has a hot personality. She was raised with an unbeatable determination. Ashley is the eldest daughter of her family. When she was a kid she had a variety of jobs to support her single mother as well as her younger siblings. She was a student at the University of Maryland at age 18 and worked as bartender for her and her family. Ashley was noticed at the Miss District of Columbia Pageant while bartending and won her crown in 2011. Shortly after, Ashley got to know Michael Darby an Australian real estate entrepreneur who is 30 years younger than her. It was a flurry of excitement and Ashley was introduced to a world she never knew existed. Ashley married Michael in the year 2018 and the two became proud parents Dean Michael (born in 2019) and Dylan Matthew (2021). They enjoyed eight glorious years apart, before separating at the age of 2022. Ashley is a qualified instructor of yoga, believes the balance is based on being in peace within and physical health. Ashley, despite having the greatest time of her life, is still working to strike a balance between work and love. Ashley's occupation is that of a television host. But she began her career as a bartender to support her family financially. She has always enjoyed entertainment as well as fashion. She took part in the pageant with full determination. Similarly, in 2011, she won the title of Miss District of Columbia and took home her title. In the following year, she participated as Miss America in Miss America pageant but even although she did not win the title, she did get an award. The scholarship was worth $5000, and was also awarded the John Curran Non-Finalist Interview Award.
